This email is to notify you and your team of important updates regarding SmileCon® 2025 in Washington, D.C. from October 23-25, 2025.
Exhibitor Service Kit Update
We are happy to announce that with the help of our Official General Services Contractor, Freeman, the Exhibitor Service Kit is now available. This important link contains deadlines and details relative to your exhibitor participation in October. You may order carpet, electrical, AV, and more through the Exhibitor Services Kit.
Note: Exhibitors are required to purchase carpeting for their allotted booth space.
New Users:
If you have not been on the Freeman website before, you will need to create an account with a User ID and Password.
Returning Users:
If you have already completed this step and you are not able to log in, please contact Freeman at 888.508.5054 or ExhibitorSupport@freemanco.com.
The Freeman discounted price deadline is September 22, 2025. Make sure to place any orders through Freeman by this date to get the best pricing available. Remember to include your company name and booth number when completing the forms in the manual.
